Are the songs easy to play?
Yes; if you can play a few of the basic open chords on the guitar, you can play 95% of these songs. As I have edited these songs, I have put them in keys that are easy for novice guitarists. These songs are also in a range that makes them easy to sing; not too high and not too low.

You have a couple of options:
